OPINION; Finish the Job
That has been the theme of Joe Biden’s discussion of the 2024 election. The obvious question is, “What Job?” The answer appears disturbing.
To date we’ve seen what the Biden Administration is doing, and it isn’t pretty. His priority has been to destroy American energy independence, stoke racial division, inflation, and surrendering control of our southern border to criminal gangs. Inviting Russia to invade Ukraine (“A small incursion might be all right”) after the debacle of Afghanistan withdrawal, all seems to point in a single direction: weaken America, make the future more difficult for Americans.
Our policies and actions toward China are difficult to understand without allowing for the likelihood that the U.S. President is a witting agent of the Chinese government. We’ve lost our position as the sole global currency, with the Chinese Yuan now firmly established as a credible alternative. Our military does not exist to prevent conflict, but to promote inequality on racial and gender lines. Crime is out of control. We are going to hell in a handbasket.
Call the St Louis Fed
In two-and-a-half years we’ve waved into the country some five million unvetted people from around the world. We have a Vice President who is incapable of doing her job. She was asked to determine root cause of the migration from the Northern Triangle countries of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. She showed up for a photo op in Guatemala; that was her entire effort. It could have been made obvious even to her with a phone call to the St. Louis Fed, which has the records. For each of these countries their most valuable export is people. Remittances from illegal and legal immigrants to the U.S. account for 20% of the GDP of each country and have done so for years.
It is time that we put America first again.
In the Interest of the Country
The removal of Joe Biden from office should be our single focus. Democrats won’t ever vote to remove him. RFK, Jr, looks appealing, but he has too much in common with Donald Trump as an uncontrollable outsider. It will take a strong candidate from the Republican Party to do that. Trump himself won’t do. He’s been effectively neutered by the Biden Administration which has used an ongoing stream of invective to smear him and his followers. We can’t afford another four years of Joe Biden, and Trump is probably the only Republican he can beat.
In the interest of the country, I urge President Trump to endorse Governor DeSantis and drop out of the race for the Presidency. Only that will ensure we avoid the catastrophe of four more years of Joe Biden.

Facts. This is the conclusion that I came to last March, and "understanding" Biden is suddenly a whole lot easier.
I'm gravitating to Vivek but he likely hasn't a chance. I agree that Trump has been damaged for the general electorate. We Tea Party fans who adopted MAGA now must wait a few years to rise again. But only outsiders can do much about the Uniparty. I just wonder if there can ever be a fair election aside from whomever the Masters select. After all Biden really does believe he has been successful as witnessed by the 22 election. Given the economic failures, how could anybody wish for more?
